Stand mode
Phone up, two steps back
- Stand your iPhone up, low and steady, about two steps (1.5 to 2 m) in front of you.
- Keep your head, shoulders and hands in view for the whole rep.
- A slight angle from the side works well too.

If you said no earlier, PushPact shows you the way back. In the app, open Settings: the Permissions section lists each one with a Turn on button.
03
After your first five sets, and then about one set in four, the set summary asks: Did I count right?
What gets sent
Only if you turn that switch on: numbers from that one set. Body-pose joint positions in stand mode, or face distance and angle in floor mode, with timestamps. Never video, never images, never audio, and never used to identify anyone. It’s kept for up to 12 months, only to improve counting.

Check Screen Time access
Open the Lock tab in PushPact. If Screen Time access is off, it asks you again.
Check your picks
On the Lock tab, confirm the apps or categories you want are selected.
Give it a restart
Screen Time occasionally needs a nudge after an iOS update. Restarting your iPhone usually does it.
You can turn App Lock off at any time. It’s your pact. PushPact never sees which apps you choose: Apple keeps that to itself.

On your iPhone
There’s no account, so deleting the app deletes everything it stored: your pact, sets, streaks, seals and selfies. Films and cards you saved to Photos stay there until you delete them.
Diagnostics and calibration logs
Email support@getpushpact.com with your Install ID from Settings › Privacy (tap it to copy), before you delete the app. To stop sending crash reports and usage data, turn off Share anonymous diagnostics in the same place.

Any iPhone running iOS 26. Floor mode needs an iPhone with Face ID, because it uses the TrueDepth camera.
No. Camera frames are analysed on your iPhone and never uploaded or stored. Selfies stay on your device. Films are only saved to your Photos if you choose to film a set.
PushPact pauses when it can’t see you properly, and it tells you why, out loud and on screen. Usually it’s the light, the phone’s position, or a hand or your head leaving the frame.
No. There’s nothing to sign up for.
PushPact is free to download from the App Store.
